As part of my dedication to the Devonshire Mysteries, I feel obliged to test various ales, just so I can include them in the stories you understand.
The other day I found a few nice ales that are made by Red Rock Brewery in Bishopsteignton, here in Devon. I taught in Bishopsteignton for several years, and I was delighted to find that at least one of my ex-pupils is working in this family-run enterprise. Of course, I had to do some research to make sure Dan Corrigan would like the beer, and I’m pleased to say it was delicious.
Photo below, plus a few landscapes, and I hope you enjoy them all.

Is it OK to drink ales and not write stories?
Definitely. But many a good tale has been told over a pint or two.
Lovely area! Love the bluebells! Thanks for posting.
Thank you. It’s good to hear that you are enjoying the photos.
