A summer’s day in Devon.
I took these while out for one of my daily walks with Lottie, this time accompanied by Sue.
I still sometimes have to pinch myself at the realisation that I live in the middle of this beautiful landscape, a joy made all the sweeter by the fact that I get to share it with the beautiful Mrs C. Such riches, and more than I deserve.
It was a beautiful day and you could see for miles. I hope you enjoy the photos.

The view back toward the village.

Ragwort! Livestock beware – no grazing before the Ragwort pulled & safely disposed of. May look attractive but very toxic .
Yes, that field isn’t used for livestock so the ragwort and bracken is taking over.
I love the view—of the fields AND the cloud formations!

Thank you, that’s lovely to hear.
No sheep?
Some of the fields around here have sheep, but the field I walk in isn’t used for livestock. The farms around here are mainly quite small.
